If you modify your pick-up or drop-off location, date or time, this may result in a change to your rates, taxes, surcharges, or underage fees. Please see your new rate quote when you verify your reservation
No! We cannot change the main driver. If for some reason you want to change the main driver then you need to cancel the reservation and make a new one with the new details.
If you pick up your rental car at the airport, please advise your flight number, so our station will know if your flight is delayed. Please, inform us in case of delay to make sure the car will be available at your arrival.
Please, make sure to contact with the station if you are going to arrive later than the specified pick up time. Failure to contact the station will cause the reservation to be cancelled an hour after the scheduled pick up time. The vehicle may also not be available anymore at the time of pick up.
If you select a basic rental rate, your price will included value added tax (VAT), public liability insurance, fire insurance and unlimited miles.
If the inclusive rate selected it will include everything in the basic rate plus collision damage waiver (CWD) and theft protection for the rental vehicle.
No! In any case, cross border is not allowed.
The ferry rental depends from the station.
For your convenience, please contact with the station that you will pick up the car and let them know about the ferrying.
NOTE: Please note that our company can serve you in the most islands of Greece. In case that you want to travel with one of our cars in an island that we have no office there, then no insurance can cover you if you have a damage or an accident.
And in case that you will need a road assistant you will paid for this. Also, if you need to transfer the car back to our office you have to pay for this transfer.
Yes! Available seats vary in accordance with the child’s age and stature, so please state your requirements when making a reservation .
The additional cost for this service is: 5.00 euros/ day. And you should pay for this on arrival in cash.
Yes! We rent and navigator. The additional cost for this service is 8.00 euros/day. And you should pay for this on arrival, in cash.
In case that you damage the car, you should immediately call to our station and let them know about the damage and if you need any help, representative will be there for you.
If you get involved in an accident, first of all, move the vehicle to a safe location to prevent further accidents. Then, assist all injured parties.
Report the accident to the police.
Get the details from the other party.
Contact with the station that you pick up the car.
There is a 29 minute grace period. After the grace period has expired a full days charge will apply.
In case that you return the car earlier then the agreed delivery date there will be no refund.
Deposit is a security sum of money, to be blocked on/ taken from the main driver’s credit card at pick up. If there are no damages to the car, at the time of the drop off the deposit is realized on driver’s credit card.
Please, be informed that it can be taken up to 20 working days to have this amount back to your account depending on your bank.
Usually deposit is equal to the Excess (the sum of money that you will be liable for in case of accidental damage or loss of the car).
The deductible/ excess is the maximum amount you’ll have to pay in order to repair or replace the rental car if it is damaged or stolen.
No. Our company does not accept any personal insurance policies or any third part waiver product that can be purchased online via a broker or similar trader.
